The Power County project is located on 7,000 acres of private and state land south-east of American Falls, Idaho.
After initial development had been completed and 2 Power Purchase agreements had been executed with Pacificorp, Windland sold the Power County project to CG Power. The 45 MW project was built with eighteen 2.5 MW Nordex turbines. Windland believes the project could be expanded to deliver up to 100 MW of clean energy.
The project is currently operated by Firstwind.
